Community & Awareness
At GAPS, we are committed to educating the public to cultivate better understanding of cerebral palsy, while preventing misconceptions and harmful stereotypes. Through our efforts, we aim to build a more empathetic and inclusive society, one that values acceptance and dignity for every individual with CP.
Awareness also means inspiring action. By encouraging more people to volunteer with GAPS, we create a ripple effect of kindness and support that extends beyond families to the wider community.
Our initiatives are carried out both digitally and on the ground, reaching people wherever they are:
-
Digital: social media campaigns, online sharing, and virtual events.
-
Offline: exhibitions, seminars, collaborations, and coverage in mass media.
